Multisource infrastructure environment - Training invitation

To all AITRs:

The Commonwealth will soon move from a single supplier for IT infrastructure to a multisupplier environment. As we make this transition, we will be providing new tools for managing the services you request and receive. Once these tools are made available to your agency you will need to use them to continue managing your IT services. 

To help your agency prepare for this transition, VITA will provide classroom training from Nov. 26 through Dec. 20. This training is designed for individuals in key roles who will need to use these tools to perform their job responsibilities going forward, as shown below.

Thank you for coordinating with your customer account manager (CAM) to create lists of who should attend these courses. These lists will be used to send invitations directly from the training mailbox. In addition, please forward the invitation provided below to invite asset managers to enroll in training. Once registered, VITA will provide attendees with calendar invitations and materials to support the transition directly from the VITA training mailbox, vita.training@vita.virginia.gov.

Security training attendees will receive their training enrollment information today from the VITA security mailbox. Project sponsor training attendees will receive their training enrollment information directly from the VITA training mailbox. The list for ITFM training attendees is still being finalized and invitations will be sent when possible.
