VITA's new dispute tool is live

To agency finance personnel:

This weekend we accomplished an important milestone for the Commonwealth of Virginia as we successfully completed the move to a multi-supplier information technology (IT) infrastructure environment.

As an agency finance professional, we want to ensure you are aware of the consolidated dispute process** for agency billing disputes. The new billing dispute form is housed in the VITA service portal. A job aid and simple how-to video are available on the VITA informationalwebsite to assist you.

**Please Note: The current billing dispute process for TEBS remains the same.
