Update on VCCC ticketing issues

To all AITRs:

Earlier this week we reported on two issues that VITA was addressing regarding the new VCCC ticketing system.

We now have resolved the issue with the originating email address. All tickets are now being sent from vccc@vita.virginia.gov and indicate IT Service Desk on the "From" line.

As a reminder, if any users received a ticket without a number assigned, they should call the VCCC to have a number assigned.

Below is a message you may send to staff at your agency:

Please be aware that all tickets from the VITA Customer Care Center now are being sent from vccc@vita.virginia.gov and indicate IT Service Desk on the "From" line.

As a reminder, if you received a ticket without a number assigned, please call the VCCC to have a number assigned to your issue. Also, please use your individual email address to report issues to the VCCC instead of group email boxes whenever possible.
