VITA service catalog approval routing – your opportunity to provide input

 

Since the launch of the multisupplier information technology (IT) infrastructure environment, VITA and suppliers have continued to develop services to better meet the needs of agencies. SAIC, our multisourcing service integrator, is seeking your input to define agency-specific customized approval workflows for each item in the VITA service catalog.   

 

To ensure we meet each agency’s unique needs, we ask that you provide input on how your agency approval workflows should be configured. Please use the attached spreadsheet (see your BRM) to request the workflow customizations that you believe are most important. To have your agency workflow customizations completed in the first set of updates, return this spreadsheet to your business relationship manager (BRM) no later than March 20, 2019. 

 

Please note that requests received after March 20 will be implemented at a later date and on a rolling basis as part of our continual process improvement. Catalog items without specific guidance will continue to be defaulted to the AITR or AITR/ISO approval.
